We’ve been using enhanced digital assistants in a variety of settings from eliminating low value, repetitive tasks in high volume transactional environments,  to enhancing collaboration across teams and ensuring field service workers have the right information at their fingertips without tying up limited administration resources.

To bring AI and digital assistants into the mainstream, we built V:Bot – first showcased on stage at Microsoft’s global conference Inspire in 2018 – a functional demonstration of what can be done out-of-the-box with today’s bot technology. It is designed to showcase a handful of advanced capabilities that could be integrated into a production environment bot.

Leveraging Microsoft Flow and its 160+ pre-built and custom connectors V:Bot can participate in question and answer dialogue, link to corporate knowledge bases, conduct sentiment analysis, add records to a Power BI data set and streamline internal and external service delivery.
