Microsoft recently announced the release of Microsoft 365 Copilot, your copilot for work. Copilot combines the power of large language models (LLMs) with your data in the Microsoft Graph. This includes your calendar, emails, chats, documents, meetings, and more. Using this data, Microsoft 365 Copilot can turn your words into the most powerful productivity tool on the planet. ​

The existing standard has us spending far too much time on the arduous and mundane work, and too little time and energy on the work that provokes our creativity and cultivates joy.

Copilot is integrated into Microsoft 365 in two ways. It works alongside you, embedded in the Microsoft 365 apps you use everyday such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.  Microsoft has also announced an entirely new experience called Business Chat. Business Chat collates data across the LLM, the Microsoft 365 apps, and your data to deliver outcomes never seen before. You can give Business Chat natural language prompts, and it will generate a response based on all relevant data.  For example, a prompt to “tell my team how we updated the product strategy” and it will generate a status update based on meetings, emails, and chat threads.
