Velrada wins $10m contract
Today, Velrada is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a contract to provide consulting, systems integration, and managed services to support Sodexo’s Pilbara operations. The initial core contract value is estimated as $10m.
Dominic Nolan, Velrada Executive Director said ‘Velrada will provide systems developed on Microsoft’s Azure Cloud platform, using advanced data analytics and big data solutions and customer management and operations solutions on Microsoft Dynamics. The scope of the solutions cover integrated customer portals on mobile and kiosk devices, customer interaction, and customer satisfaction systems; scheduling and management systems for maintenance, housekeeping, property maintenance and management systems and integrated and remote service desk and operations management. Velrada will provide Microsoft cloud-based master data and middleware integration to customer systems, and cloud-based reporting, data analysis, and key performance monitoring intelligence.’
