Approach

With such a diverse team and geographical distance, our client was aware their communication was not as efficient as it could be. The new intranet is designed to make communication as inclusive as possible, with multiple language versions and an option for a localised or global view. Its intuitive user experience emulates the platforms their employees use outside of the office. When users come to use it for the first time, it already has a familiar and intuitive feel. In order to help facilitate global collaboration, the permissions when creating SharePoint Sites were simplified.

Delivery

Our client is committed to simple elegant solutions built upon platforms that require minimal customisation and configuration. This preference for “out of the box” solutions aligned to the Microsoft stack has seen them invest in the Microsoft Navision ERP solution.  To leverage this investment through simple integration and software licensing economies of scale, our client are looking to implement and integrate an Office 365 modern intranet solution alongside an integrated customer relationship management platform and external intranet portal.
