Many organisations are yet to understand the NGER Act, let alone to have determined if, or when, it will apply to them. Ignorance will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of EVERY organisation to know if they should be reporting.

This legislation has already been passed and MANDATORY calculation and reporting of your organisation's Carbon emissions to Federal Government will be required each financial year. Failure to register your organisation and meet reporting deadlines will incur government penalties.
