Paul Tsang
Managing Director
Paul is Velrada's Managing Director. Paul has a management consulting background in Serco, working with clients including Raytheon, Home Office, Thales and the BBC. Paul spent 8 years in London, and worked as Head of Delivery for Directgov, the UK Government's online web channel for citizens and senior business users for the Club Share Services.
Prior to this, Paul was at Lockheed Martin as transition lead for a £1bn business transformation programme for the London Metropolitan Police. He has also worked in the TMT and Oil & Gas sectors through Seven Network, and Halliburton. Paul was most recently a director at Change Corporation, leading projects in Government, Financial Services and Resources.
Paul has an MBA from Imperial College Business School, London, and Bachelor of Engineering - Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Australia.

Robert Evans
Chief Executive Officer
Robert is an Executive Director at Velrada and our Executive Board Chairman. He has twenty years experience from software analysis and design through to large scale structuring of systems and organisational change in complex multinational organisations. Prior to establishing Velrada in 2009, Robert was Managing Director of Change Corporation, an Australian national business consulting and systems integration (SI) firm.
Over a 5 year period Robert oversaw the strategic development and expansion of the business, leadership of over 100 professional staff, and delivery of major client consulting and SI projects and programs both nationally and internationally. Change had a focus in the resource industry, working for major resource companies such as Rio Tinto, BHP and Woodside; and state and federal government. Change was recognised both for its growth in the BRW Fast 100, and Deloitte Fast 50; and for the excellence of its client work with awards from the AIIA and Microsoft. Prior to Change Corp Robert was a director with a specialist business and IT advisory firm in London, consulting to a range of national government agencies, metropolitan boroughs and county councils.
Robert started his career as a software analyst in the City of London in 1989, moving to Andersen Consulting in 1993 where he worked on a range of large scale systems and business programs over a period of 8 years for organisations such as Bayer in the USA and Europe, Marconi, Scottish Telecom and News International. Robert was a key contributor and driver of the redevelopment of Andersen's global Architected Solutions methodology, and led a number of business and enterprise architecture programs for major clients of the firm. Robert has an MBA from the University of West Australia, an MSc Computing and Maths and a BSc in Information Systems.

Jennifer Evans
Executive Director
Jennifer Evans is an Executive Director with Velrada. She was with Management Consulting firm CapGemini and Ernst and Young from 1998 to 2003 working with blue chip clients in the UK and Europe such as Barclays Capital, Sky, O2, Carlton Interactive and Charles Schwab. Since returning to Perth in 2003 she has led projects for Rio Tinto, West Australian News Paper Group, State Government and various mid-cap companies.
Jen has a focus in large scale organisational change management. She has a number of accreditations and qualifications in this field, and leads Velrada's change management practise. She has an MBA from the University of Western Australia, and a Bachelor of Science - Software Engineering from the University of London.
Jen completed the Leadership WA program in 2008, and has a passion for indigenous affairs.

Andrew Crampton
Executive Director
Andrew is an Executive Director at Velrada. He has over 20 years experience in technology strategy development and IT project / programme delivery with international clients in a wide range of industries.
For the last six years Andrew has worked almost exclusively on consulting engagements within the resources sector and predominantly with Rio Tinto Iron Ore. His recent experience includes Programme Management of a highly successful $40m communications and technology portfolio of projects to design and commission the RTIO Operations Centre at Perth Airport, project management of the RTIO Voice and Data Communications Strategy Programme of work and the design, establishment and management of a PRINCE2-centric Project Management Office for the Rio Tinto’s in-house IS&T group.
He has a successful track record of leading major strategic project and programmes of work for organisations including Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton, HBF, Wesfarmers, Western Power, Water Corporation, Woodside, Bass Hotel & Leisure Group, Dyson, Sony, Land Rover, Jaguar and IBM. Andrew has significant resources manufacturing, food and drink, utilities, government and financial services sector experience.
Andrew has a BA (Hons) in Modern History from Cambridge, an MSc in Technology and Innovation Management from Sussex University, a Diploma in Management from Leicester University and is a PRINCE2 Certified Practitioner.

Tim Hurst
Business Development & Operations Director
Tim has twenty three years senior management experience with extensive national and international general management experience in Australia, North America, South Africa, the Middle East and Europe. With over thirty years experience of selling high value solutions and software applications including ERP, CRM, HS& E, Risk, eCommerce, BI and eProcurement, Tim has worked across a wide range of industry verticals including Mining, Resources, Construction, Government, Utilities and Media.
He also has fifteen years experience in senior consulting roles working in the areas of BPR, Change Management, Risk and Health & Safety. His exceptional project management skills continuously see Tim successfully deliver on project outcomes, lead large teams, manage stakeholders as well as issues and risks and completing set tasks on time and within budget.

Dominic Nolan
Director
Dominic Nolan is a Director with Velrada and manages the company’s Environmental Compliance and sustainable Operations practice. Dominic has previously headed the consulting services teams at a European EPCM and at several Silicon Valley based solutions companies. His focus is to optimise client operational efficiency across global production and supply networks.
In the past 20 years Dominic has been based in Australia, Europe the US and Asia and has lead engagements with a number of international clients including, AMD, NVIDIA, NEC, SAMSUNG, LG Electronics and CHEVRON. Since returning to Perth in 2010 he has undertaken organisational and policy review projects at Department of Environment and Conservation and Citic Pacific Mining.
Dominic’s areas of expertise are Environmental Sustainable Operations Management, Asset Management and Supply Chain Management. He has an MBA from the University of Western Australia, and a Bachelor of Engineering – Engineering Management from the Napier University Edinburgh.

Chris Nurse
Chief Technology Officer
Chris holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Velrada and is a consulting Director. With over 25 years of technology, consulting and people management expertise, Chris has broad experience in aligning technology with strategic business direction.
In the UK, Chris engaged with Local Government, The Post Office, Halifax Bank and the Ministry of Defence across a broad range of initiatives, holding responsibilities for software development, quality and providing support for adoption of solutions across large organisations.
Since coming to Australia in 2002, Chris has worked on many complex business solutions and has lead teams at the Department of Justice and Department of Child Protection and has been involved in some of WA's most complex and long running projects.
Chris has an outstanding reputation for delivery but is also a keen supporter of Australia's graduate community, providing career advice and guidance to ensure that young up and coming professionals are well placed to succeed in their chosen career.
